You can either print out the loan application or you can do it online.  Just do your best and I will complete the rest on my end.  In fact, there is a section asking you to list your Liabilities (home loans, car loans, and credit cards), don’t bother filling out this section.  Once we pull your credit report, it will auto-populate your application.

Here is a list of items you would need to start getting together:

1. One full month of your most recent pay stubs including YTD tally
2. W2’s for the last 2 years
3. Two months bank statements per account (all pages)
4. Most recent stocks, bonds, 401k’s, or other asset statements (all pages)
5. Drivers License
6. Tax returns may be requested
   

We do not need originals, so you can either email or fax everything to us.
